I got in a quick ride this afternoon now that my bike is unpacked and reassembled! I needed a warm-up ride to make sure I put everything back together properly. No pieces fell off, which is excellent. I haven’t found all of my tools yet, so some of the components are only finger tight.
Highlights from Waterton Canyon:
- Some seriously disaffected bighorns giving me the hairy eye
- Lots of gently climbing dirt road with a gut-busting singletrack climb at the end
I’m so excited to be back in Colorado and doing things like this again.
